"state farm itself is a good insurance however this office is HORRIBLE! i called 3 times in novemeber / december bc my car insurance kept showing i missed a payment. yet when i called , all three associates all gave me different information. this is every single time i call , every person i talk to gives me wrong information. i talked to Tina in December and apparently she wrote my home owners insurance’s policy incorrectly. reason i found out? BC I HAD TO CALL. not bc she called and notified me of the error. when i call , I req to speak w april bc she originally was the person who helped me w my insurance. well she’s never available . i finally got a hold of her and mentioned that to her she said to email her. i emailed her regarding hail damage to my truck, never got an email back. i used to recommend this office but hell no don’t do business here unless you want WRONG information about YOUR policies. this place has to be a joke."
